Vintage Southwest 925  Sterling Silver and Turquoise Stud Post Earrings  6/16"
Gorgeous real turquoise earrings, I just had the metal on them cleaned by a
professional jeweler about a month ago.
They are marked
.925 on the backs.
The best part, the backs of both are brand new - also provided
by the jeweler at the same visit !
Just cleaned, and new backs - what could be better ?
The backs are tight and fit snugly, so you will not lose
these wonderful beauties !  While you wear them over time, the backs will
become looser.
Each stone is 6/16" high (almost 1/2") x 1/4" wide  x 1/8" deep.
This converts to 9.525 mm high  x 6.35 mm wide x 3.175 mm  deep.
Each earring is a little bit larger, with the sterling that surrounds each stone.
Each post is
6/16"  long (
9.525 mm).
These are very small (tiny) earrings - see last photo - they are smaller than an
American dime.  See 1st photo - they are half the size of an American quarter.
They are perfect for someone that likes small, discreet earrings.

The turquoise on both vary a little bit - they have a slight brownish vein, and
one has a little bit more of a slight
brownish vein color at one end - see photos.  They are both a nice bright blue
color.
The sterling is the aged patina look, and is a wonderful contrast between the
bright blue stone.
