Vintage Caesars Palace Program Petula Clark 1969 & other memorabilia. This was a very special night at Caesar's Palace in July of 1969.  She was on stage with a great comedienne named George Kirby and they were great.  Halfway through the show they stopped and let us all go into the other rooms to watch the astronauts land on the moon!  I couldn't go down on the floor (16) but I watched and then saw money flying up in the air from a table and everyone cheering and I thought they were all excited about the moon landing like everyone at the bar area watching on tvs were.  Years later I was watching Perry Como on Johnny Carson show and he said it was the first million dollar winner in Vegas and they were cheering for that and didn't even watch our moon landing.  I was really surprised.  I loved Petula Clark and I purchased postcards that night that were taped in my scrapbook along with the other items.  You can't see the tape and I cut off the parts sticking out.  I am also including a Mr. Chip's program from the movie with Petula Clark as part of the package and a paper sugar container from that night's table at the show along with the velvet flocked program.  Items will ship USPS priority mail in flat rate envelope that I will secure.
