The cleats are machined, pre-drilled, glued and fastened on both sides-flush to bottom of rail with 9) #8 x 1-1/2" screws per rail. The end hooks are installed with our patented machine process. T-Rails are fully sanded and ready for either paint or stain. Please note: t-rails must be installed with center supports. Weight: 16.0 lbs
