    Description

    Antique
    Cast Iron State Bank
    circa 1900
This is an old Cast Iron Cupola Coin Bank made by Kenton made around the turn of the 20th century. (#1080, Schiffer, The Penny Bank Book).  It is approximately 5 7/8 inches tall and 4 5/8 x 3 1/2 inches side to side.
The bank is in original condition with smooth cast iron surfaces and great retention of the original gold.  The original key is present.  The lock works with a gentle turn.  The lock is a little finicky.  This bank is in very good condition without cracks or breaks.
