THE TURQUOISE:
Since the Arizona Sleeping Beauty mine closed some years back,this particular turquoise has only increased in price & especially when you get your hands on the higher grade cuts that haven't been treated by man as you'll find in these!.With the higher grades,you will be able to 'see' what separates gem quality turquoise apart from the lower grades & when you familiarize your self with turquoise & start become a avid collector,you will be able to see the  "natural turquoise/quality factor" more & more.One thing that validates the 'quality factor' is for the fact of how well the turquoise takes a high polish when the lapidarist finishes cutting,since lower grades of treated,stabilized,inferior turquoise will not offer that..These of course have that! Sleeping Beauty turquoise is known for it's lack of matrix character that much of turquoise is widely known for & can actually look 'fake' to some,because of this.It is however, an artists choice of turquoise when they want uniformity in color, where there is no variation in tone.

THE EARRINGS:
These are made in a 3-tier-3 horizontal row cluster style drop where the stones are not only matched in size,but color. The color is so vivid & bright blue & are made in a simple bezel setting,that seems to capture the beauty of the clusters of turquoise,where the sole focus is on the stones rather than a lot of sterling work that can distract from their design. They are contemporary in style & are soldered atop of a more mirror polished finishing(Rather than a oxidized finishing)
Because of their non-traditional contemporary style,these would go well no matter where you live in the world,without feeling you have to pile on southwestern style jewelry with them..They are very wearable size & weight,while offering a captivating look!

**I am not a professional photographer, but I do try to do my best at giving you accuracy in color without a whole lot of photo editing being done except to get rid of unwanted tones.I photographed these in front of 2 different colored backdrops, so please go through photos to see any variation.
To give you close ups,pictures tend to look much more larger & much more more magnified than in actuality. Close up's make the item look so large & then you get it in hand & you are shocked since the item is much smaller than how they looked in the photos..So to get an accurate idea of how big these are,please either check them out being worn to get a rough idea (photo 2 & 10) or you can pull out a tape measure & compare to my given measurements.
